Refund and Return Policy
Here at The Market, we package every product to meet quality standards. If you are looking to refund your product purchased directing from The Market Online Store, please contact us at shipping@coppercreeklandscapes.com within 5 days of your package arrival.

No refunds will be giving for:

  • Products that have been open or tampered with
  • Products that are not in their original condition
  • Incorrect orders made by the recipient

We will not accept returns or provide refunds on items that have been opened, tampered with, or not in their original condition and packaging. When contacting us for a return, please give us your name, phone number, and reason why you would like to return the product, or why you would like a refund. Please also have your order confirmation number and sales receipt accessible. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are returning a product, we will inspect the product once we have received it. We will then send you an email notifying you we have received the returned item, and whether we have approved or rejected the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed right away, and will be applied to the original method of payment.

Sales and Clearance Items
There are no refunds or returns on sale or clearance items.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or broken. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at shipping@coppercreeklandscapes.com.
