After contacting us via email about your return or exchange, and your product has been approved for a return, exchange, or refund please send your package to:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please consider using tracking on your package when shipping your return.
We package our products to the best of our ability. Unfortunately, packages sometimes do get broken during transport. Because of this, if you happen to receive a package with broken inventory, we will require pictures of the product and packaging sent to us in a timely manner. If you need to report broken merchandise, please email your pictures of the box and the inventory to shipping@
