A tasty blend of yellow, white, red, and purple heirloom carrots, each chosen for their culinary excellence. All are suited for both baby carrots and large cooking or slicing roots.

Sow outdoors in very early spring in full sun and loose, evenly moist soil with plenty of organic matter. Before planting, loosen the soil to a depth of 10-12″ to help the roots grow straight. Be patient! Carrots can be slow to germinate.

Loosen the soil with a garden fork before harvesting. Cut off the green tops 1/4-1/2″ from the top of the carrot, and rinse and dry the root before storage.
